- Parent/Guardian Details: Name, email, phone number, and physical address.
- Child Details: Name, age, and any relevant medical information or allergies (e.g., asthma, dietary requirements).
- Payment Info: We use secure third-party processors (Stripe/Xero) and do not store credit card details on our servers.
Why We Collect It
We collect this data to safely run our programmes, contact you in an emergency, and process OSCAR/WINZ subsidies where applicable. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
Your Rights
You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you or ask us to delete it at any time. Just drop us an email at ultimateskillsnz@gmail.com.
Terms & Conditions
By enrolling your child in an Ultimate Skills NZ Limited programme, you agree to the following terms:
1. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand plans change. Notify us at least 48 hours before a program begins to receive a full credit for a future session. We do not offer refunds or credits for individual missed days due to illness or personal scheduling conflicts.
2. Health & Safety
While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, sports involve physical movement and inherent risks. By enrolling, you acknowledge these risks. In an emergency, you authorize our staff to seek medical attention for your child if you cannot be reached.
3. Media Consent
We occasionally take photos/videos for our social media to celebrate student success. If you do not want your child photographed, please email us here before the programme starts, and we will respect your privacy.
4. OSCAR Subsidies
If you are applying for OSCAR subsidies, it is the parent's responsibility to ensure all Work and Income (WINZ) paperwork is submitted on time. Full fees apply if subsidies are declined.
5. Code of Conduct
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bullying or dangerous behaviour. We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the safety or enjoyment of others, without refund.
